Questions
What happens if I stop?
The + and its perks end when your last paid month runs out, with 3 days' grace for a late renewal. Every rank you unlocked stays.
I already bought a rank.
It counts as its months. Gold counts as four, so four more paid months of CTA+ unlock Platinum.
Do free months count?
Free months from staff or events give you the + and its perks, but only paid months count toward ranks.
Can I pay for a year?
Yes: 107.99 € a year, two months free. Every one of those twelve months counts toward a rank.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the link in your Tebex receipt email. You keep CTA+ until the month you paid for ends.
